Raingull group communication service.

This policy covers the group communication service operated by Raingull at raingull.org and its project sites.

What we collect

Your name, your email address, and, if you choose text notifications, your mobile number. Organizers enter your name and email when they invite you; you enter your mobile number yourself. We also record when you consented to text notifications and when you opt out.

Why we collect it

To deliver project announcements to you by the channels you asked for: email, text message, or a messaging app. We use your mobile number only to send the notifications described in the Terms of Service.

What we do not do

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information.

Service providers

Messages are delivered through service providers acting on our behalf (a mail server we operate and Twilio for text messages). They process your contact details only to deliver messages.

Retention

We keep your contact details while you are a member of a project group. When you leave, or on request, we remove them. Opt-out records for text messaging are kept so we do not text you again.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop text notifications. Contact ramon@stillcrazy.pro to update or remove your information.
